  • Created an internal design process for user testing including a workshop, training, resources, and best practices to enable designers to quickly and easily conduct research for their projects.

  • Created a lean UX process, implementing Scrum and enabling small design teams to scale across many agile development teams.

  • Led website development and promotion for an internal designers conference called SHAPE at VMware 

  • Developed a set of product personas, working with internal stakeholders and customers through workshops, surveys, and analysis.
